New Greenhouse Heating Systems Catalog
Soluciones Integrales de Combustión presents its new Greenhouse Heating Systems catalog, which reflects the development of a new generation of industrial hot water boilers and advanced auxiliary equipment design (burners, economizers, CO2 dispensers, etc.) to optimize facility performance.
These new heating systems, combined with the latest software and our company’s experience in this type of installation, allow for the optimal construction of fractional-power heating plants with maximum efficiency management as an energy solution for greenhouses.
Our greenhouse heating systems cover the thermal needs of the entire greenhouse and service areas. They are installed using hot water heating boilers of the required power (100°C maximum) and comply with the fractional-power principle. The heating boilers use gas, diesel, biomass, or coal as fuel and operate at a pressure of up to 6 bar.

Greenhouse Heating Systems
These boilers are connected to the distribution manifolds, equipped with independent hot water circulation pumps for service, and are constructed using modular construction for easy installation and transport.
Each greenhouse area has a water circulation substation equipped with mixing valves that control the temperature of the tube-rail, mono-rail, crop, and anti-freeze services in the channel.
The steel pipe network within the greenhouse is designed to supply all the necessary input heat to cover the resulting thermal losses.
In turn, the heating loops or coils in the greenhouse areas are connected according to a distribution system to ensure balanced water flow distribution.
Furthermore, the CO2 dosing and enrichment system is implemented by supplying the growing areas with flue gases from the boilers when the burners are operating with the primary fuel (mainly natural gas, but also diesel, biomass, or coal).
To adjust the CO2 dosing to the crop’s needs, a heat storage tank connected to the open buffer system principle is installed, with sufficient capacity to collect excess heat during the CO2 dosing period (daytime) and return it to the greenhouse during the non-dosing period (nighttime).
In addition to this CO2 dosing and enrichment system, the boilers are equipped with economizers that use the boiler’s flue gases as the primary source and hot water as the secondary source. The economizers operate by “condensing,” cooling the gases to approximately 60°C.
