Integral Combustion Solutions carries out the project of Commissioning a Food Plant in Indonesia
Integral Combustion Solutions is pleased to report the recent project commissioning of the combustion system at a food plant in Indonesia. The company has carried out the installation start-up and assembly process, consisting of two 2,100 kW steam boilers from TPK Orometal and two industrial burners expressly designed and manufactured by the Spanish engineering company E&M Combustión.
Recently, Integral Combustion Solutions has successfully carried out the assembly, start-up, regulation and balancing work of thermal equipment and systems, verifying that the complete system correctly performs the production process before delivering the plant.
The combustion equipment implemented in this installation are two steam boilers and two new generation JBM 4,500-G2LO industrial burners, with a power of 450 -4500 KW and with Low NOx emissions, prepared to use the biogas generated in the own plant
Commissioning of a Food Plant
The burners designed for this unit have 5 operating modes, since they can only be operated with biogas, natural gas, or diesel, or with a mixture of natural gas and biogas and with diesel and biogas. Thus, depending on the availability of the customer, the combustion equipment can operate only on biogas or change to a variable mixture, with automatic adjustment without the need for a technical operator to make any adjustments to the program.
The project is led by Global Dairiy Alami PT, a subsidiary of the Djarum Group conglomerate, with interests in the food and beverage, tobacco and finance sectors, among others. In this way the group enters the milk sector, whose demand in the country grows approximately 15% annually, according to official data.
Entrepreneurship is part of the government’s challenge of gradually replacing milk imports, which currently cover 80% of local needs. With the start-up of the plant, production will supply up to 40% of local demand.
