Containerized boiler room installation for the agri-food industry
Soluciones Integrales de Combustión designs a containerized boiler room installation, which will soon enter into operation in a factory of recyclable plastic containers for the agri-food industry in the Murcia region. The objective of this portable and containerized thermal solution is to gain speed and flexibility and to be able to easily change its location according to the needs of the plant.
The industrial combustion engineering project developed by Soluciones Integrales de Combustión has designed this containerized boiler room installation taking into account the specific needs of the client, and with the aim of making it easily transportable and occupying a 40-foot sea container.
The installation provides a steam production of 1,000 kg at a pressure of 7 bar. It is equipped with a fire-tube boiler, a combined diesel / gas burner, a water supply tank and a water softener, as well as an economizer, a purge cooler, the collector and an the electrical panel. All equipment is previously interconnected and wired with each of the components before commissioning.
Boiler room for the pharmaceutical industry
Soluciones Integrales de Combustiondevelops permanent and also portable “à la carte” steam generation solutions for industrial combustion facilities that require concentrating this activity in small and mobile spaces.
To do this, it proposes modular solutions for the areas of heat generation, distribution and recovery, maintaining a balance of financial, environmental and industrial safety parameters. Containerized thermal solutions are custom designed and manufactured to suit user needs such as greenhouses, pharmaceutical plants, farms, breweries and oil and gas plants or centralized systems. They are compact and concentrate all the necessary equipment in a small space.
Currently, Soluciones Integrales de Combustión develops and builds a containerized and mobile boiler room installation for the pharmaceutical sector. The new project in this case is being built in two stacked 20-foot containers.
