Soluciones Integrales de Combustión completes the installation of a portable boiler room in a plastic food packaging company. The boiler room is a compact containerized thermal installation that houses in a maritime container all the elements necessary to give service to the heating of the process line.

The thermal engineering project developed by Soluciones Integrales de Combustion consists of a containerized thermal solution equipped with a boiler with an instantaneous steam generation capacity of 1,500 kilograms and a pressure of 7 bar, as well as an economizer and a mixed burner that uses natural gas /diesel as fuel. In addition, it has all the piping installations, lighting, complete thermal insulation, as well as the expansion tank, electrical cabinets, circulation pumps, valves, filters and chimneys.

For the user company, the incorporation of this portable boiler room allows a great flexibility of operation, since it does not require the occupation of space in its production facilities and it is easily moved to other locations of the company that require this activity. This company focuses its activity on the molding and production of plastic packaging for the storage and transport of fruit and vegetables. With a clear ecological orientation, the company reuses recycled materials. Once treated, these materials are reinjected into molds to manufacture new products, which helps reduce CO2 emissions, thus contributing to the decarbonisation of the economy.
