Soluciones Integrales de Combustión is preparing for the renovation of a steam boiler and the thermal installation in a paper mill in the northern area. “The equipment, completely repaired and guaranteed, is duly reviewed and fine-tuned by our technical team, thus guaranteeing that our clients do not have to stop the activity of their plants”.

The next phases of the renovation of the steam boiler will consist of the incorporation of the new electrical panel, which will be in charge of controlling and automating the plant process. Subsequently, thermal engineering will install a new Low NOx burner from the manufacturer E&M Combustion, which will allow better emissions results to be achieved in the operation of the industrial burner.

The steam boiler has a production of 6000 kg, at a pressure of 13 bar. Integral Combustion Solutions will also carry out the start-up and commissioning of the combustion equipment to achieve the best performance of these, as well as the greatest confidence and satisfaction of its customers.

The new European regulations on limitations on atmospheric emissions from medium-sized combustion plants will enter into force in just over two years. This regulation is aimed at improving air quality and the protection of the atmosphere, and indicates that the emission limit in all facilities must be less than 100 mg/Nm3. Recent innovations in combustion technologies currently make it possible to have burners with emissions well below the environmental requirements set.
