Integral Combustion Solutions has carried out the assembly, insulation and start-up of an autoclave in the food industry of Albacete, for a cooperative company that produces mushrooms.

With this objective, Integral Combustion Solutions has undertaken the autoclave project in the food industry through the “turnkey” modality for this company. As it is known, Albacete is one of the largest producers of mushrooms in Spain.

Food Industry

The autoclaves are hermetic containers manufactured to withstand high pressures and high temperatures, which provide a thermal treatment at a high temperature for a period of time. It is commonly used for the sterilization of glass and metal containers, generally in the production of food. In addition, current legislation on health requires producers to use these autoclaves in the pasteurization and sterilization of packaged foods.

Thus, the use of autoclaves helps the optimal preservation of food, while eliminating harmful bacteria and microorganisms.     

Start-up of thermal installations

Among the services of the company highlights the commissioning of facilities with its own technical service, as well as maintenance and comprehensive inspection, through a wide range of specialized services, from predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, maintenance zero hours (overhaul) or maintenance in use until regulatory inspections.
