Installation of air draught burners in Painting Booths

Soluciones Integrales de Combustion is carrying out the installation of air draught burners in painting booths for their location in a plant in the town of Burgos. Highly energy efficient equipment will operate in this application with natural gas as a fuel.

One of the air draught burners in such painting booths will be used to dry the material preparation before the painting process. It is a JVA C 15 burner, with a power of 174 kW and a flow rate of 33 Nm3 / h, to operate at a pressure of 60 imbar gas. For their part, the other two equipment in air vein will carry out the final curing of the paint. In this case they are JVA C 30 burners, with a power of 349 kW and a flow of 33 Nm3 / h, with a pressure of 60 imbar gas. All of them are designed and manufactured by the engineering company E&M Combustion.

Air draught burners are the best solution for drying processes, and are used in multiple applications within the industrial sector when there is direct heating, such as paint lines, ceramic industry, food industry, glass industry and heating of buildings by direct heating or process air recirculation installations. This type of equipment is made to measure for each application and is adapted to the different ducts where they are to be installed.
